Microbiome activity at a 1 g/day-equivalent dose in human-donor ex-vivo testing.

~14%

Distinctive carbohydrate profile

A mannan/galactomannan matrix, with about 14% mannose on hydrolysis.

5

Supplement formats

Capsules, tablets, powder blends, sachets and stick packs.

Differentiated origin

A distinctive alternative to chicory-, corn- or wheat-derived prebiotics.

Supported by research

Human, ex-vivo microbiome and preclinical research programs.

THE SCIENCE

Three programs, each testing a different question.

HUMAN · EARLIER COCONUT-FIBER MATERIAL
Coconut fiber, Cocozyme-processed

Human dietary research on coconut-flour material made with the same enzymatic technology found significantly lower glycemic response and significant reductions in cholesterol and triglycerides.

EX-VIVO · 1 G/DAY
Human-donor gut model · Cryptobiotix SIFR®

At a 1 g/day-equivalent dose, CocoFib produced a butyrate response comparable to the tested high-dose inulin condition (2.5 g/day-equivalent) and selectively increased Roseburia faecis.

PRECLINICAL · MOUSE MODEL
Diet-induced obesity model · Enterosys

In a preclinical mouse study, the lowest tested CocoFib dose significantly improved glucose tolerance, insulin sensitivity and adiposity.

The 1 g/day figure is a human-equivalent dose used in an ex-vivo human-donor gut model, not a clinically established human dose. Preclinical and ex-vivo findings are not presented as proven human outcomes.
